Sen. Mike Lee says it goes further: you can face a criminal penalty just for asking someone about ID at a polling place on Election Day.

That is Joel Caldwell, Coalition for the People’s Agenda, saying it on a hidden camera about Fulton County.
He says that is what happened in 2020. He says they have it on videotape. He says groups were paying people to collect ballots and drop them off. He says that is why voter ID gets fought to the death.
“You can’t do that.”
