The last time I was at the computer to update the document was 9/2.
Via mobile, I put the training in the timeline - therefore, the link to that will be in the body of the text not as a footnote.
It also does not contain new information I found on SJ Terp that places her likely gearing up for censorship operations back in 2011 in New York while working for a UN organization.
All the info in the report on Terp is relevant-the new information indicates she may have been coordinating with Obama before 1/2017.
I will post all of that as soon as I can.

👉🏻 It is A LOT of information to be able to give any new reader a complete picture of how Suzanne Spaulding weaponized our courts, our attorneys, and the public. I have located training of judges on disinformation just prior to 2020 election.
The videos in the following posts show what Spaulding, the ABA, the NCSC, the Brunswick Group & Mary & William Law School worked together to influence judges in “preparation for 2020”
This is a significant find, because it shows Spaulding fed the judges a lie, that she knew to be false because, as she likes to remind everyone, she was in charge of the men & woman protecting elections & did the evaluation of “Russian interference”
Spaulding enlisted the ABA & NCSC to carry this lie forward to all the judges - including those in non- USA jurisdictions.
NCSC worked hand in glove with the ABA to do this. See pic below from October 5, 2020 ABA Journal article titled “How can courts counter disinformation? Arizona task force releases recommendations”
NCSC then works with the Brunswick Group to develop training material/playbooks for the courts.

This is the 2022 version - they used Spaulding’s Beyond the Ballot report (that I have explained before is using bad data). The earlier version they state was funded by States Justice Institute- fully funded USAID org established by federal law in 1984 to award grants to “improve the quality of justice in state courts, and foster innovative, efficient solutions to common issues faced by all courts.” I couldn’t find the earlier version.
They push training through a joint venture started by NCSC & William & Mary Law School in 2005, the Election Law Program.
NCSC is quoted in a now deleted 2020 NCSC newsroom release: about the trainings:
“With the presidential election fast approaching, the program is hosting a series of webinars with the theme “What Happens (In Our Courts) When America Votes?” This election season, as everyone who follows the news knows, has been extremely litigious, and the Election Law Program is doing everything we can to provide the best information to judges and other court professionals,” said Amy McDowell, NCSC’s director of executive leadership education and its liaison to the Election Law Program. “The webinars are just another way we can fulfill our mission to help the courts as they work to rule on election law cases.”
“To date, over 240 election law cases have been filed in state and federal courts,” said NCSC President Mary McQueen. “The Election Law Program is designed to provide nonpartisan information to judges and other court professionals about various questions that might arise in election law cases. During 2020, NCSC has hosted a series of webinars on ways state courts can navigate the challenges of COVID-19. The election law webinars are similarly designed to prepare the state courts to manage election law cases.”

They go far beyond teaching them election law.
They predispose judges to classify election challenges & information coming to their court as “Russian interference”
I argue, what the heck are they doing training judges since 2005?! What else have they pushed? DEI? Race?

I couldn’t agree more - ban machines, ban foreigners, get 3rd party out of our elections.
I haven’t finished reading the plan thoroughly. So far, it’s solid. The most solid a truthful assessment I’ve seen come out of CISA.
This plan catalogs threats to physical, cyber, and human components and lists CISA’s no-cost services (scanning, assessments, exercises, training). Previous documents that came out of CISA were focused on strategy & coordination - lots of checklists & tabletop exercise & scans.
This plan, identifying risk vectors & solutions, is what you would expect from CISA making elections a priority & not a dog & pony show.
A big improvement over the “Tina’s” mitigation plan - This document says to count the votes after the election. They call for “post election audits.” They could have written RLA, but they didn’t. That leaves it open for ALL ballots. (Possibly planned for the swing & troubled states like California).
The 3rd party vendor risk is noted.

3. 3rd party vendor access - control & access extends to outside the election office.
As we have seen with USPS - there are people who don’t see themselves silencing the voices of fellow citizens as a problem.
Which, BTW - a rogue USPS caught in record time? Are they being watched? 😉
I hope CISA recognizes those insider (3rd party trust outside the election office) includes them. They have tremendous access to the election systems. Let’s hope they are looking at their role, keeping checks on their people & securing their own network.
They also recommend isolating the election network off of other county networks to prevent access from lateral movement through another system. That could happen relatively “easy” & doable before ballots are tallied.
Another “easy” fix - maintaining logs - increase the log file size & restricting access to it.
Can they implement, before elections tally, access limitations for the various components to just what they need to do their job & maintaining access logs with who, what, when & why. That means establishing unique passwords. Some are already there, they are just all the same. But is it enough? @ParikhClay ?
What may not be doable is paper ballots in some systems that don’t currently use them. But if hand counting…
My biggest takeaway is that the CISA plan is not a requirement. CISA is voluntary & offers tools/resources to help.
Fontes has already rejected help from CISA.
However, there is a way to make it mandatory.
The building blocks to secure elections are being stacked as we wait.
CISA says hackers have attempted to breach voter registration systems in all 50 states, with confirmed success in at least 20 states!
In their plan, found in the link below, specifically recognizes contractors and vendors as potential "third party insiders".
Translated: third party private companies and individuals perform the election cheating, then a few corrupt election clerks cover for them.
1) Ban computers from elections.
2) Ban all foreigners from our elections
3) Require the clerks to run the elections, which the law already says, and oust the private vendors such as The Elections Group, Runbeck, Bluecrest, CTCL, National Vote at Home and many more....

Why has Trump not called for the removal of Thune? Trump called for the removal of the parliamentarian. But not Thune.

In Arizona, NGOs have access all of a voters personal identify information to use for any purpose. This gives them the power to change a voters address and redirect the voters mail in ballot. The NGOs muct be removed from our electoral process.

I'm seeing lots of folks talking about whether or not to vote this November. It's fascinating to watch this unfold and the different variations of it. There are lots of folks using Pres Trump as a crutch to support their opinions on vote/don't vote. You shouldn't have to use President Trump's name at all.
President Trump didn't run in 2016 on a third party or as a democrat. He chose the GOP for a reason, broken as it may be. He didn't advocate for anyone not to vote if they didn't like the progress being made at any time since 2016. He actively endorsed candidates for republicans to vote for in 2026, if he was disinterested in the 2026 election, why would he bother doing that? I personally think many of his endorsements sucked and said as much but I voted for the ppl I felt best represented my interests.
What I don't hear most ppl talk about in the vote/don't vote conversation is that there is much more at stake in elections than the GOP. Your non partisan school board members, sheriffs, judges will be elected this November. Your mounting an effort to boycott the GOP and tell ppl to sit it out doesn't mean the election won't happen, it doesn't mean school board members and judges won't be elected, it basically means, if successful, there will just be significantly less 'conservative' voters and therefore less conservative school board members, sheriffs and judges.
Are we all frustrated with the elections, fraud, etc? Yes. But in the midst of all that fraud, cheating, somehow President Trump still got elected bc we didn't sit home. Did he get elected bc of you did not participate? The majority of the ppl talking about setting this one out, that I've seen posting that message, are not the ones that have blood sweat and tears working election integrity issues and being attacked non stop. Not to say they don't make other contributions but if the ppl fighting the hardest for election integrity aren't sitting out the election, why would you listen to ppl who chat ppl up on social media about other topics?
I spent decades in the military fixing things from the inside and encouraging others with integrity to join and do the same. At no one did I consider leaving, taking my toys and going home thinking that would somehow make the institution better or that anyone would even notice my absence.
The Air Force didn't blink when I was medically retired. My absence wasn't institutionally noticed by anyone and neither will your vote be...that's not how things work in the real world. In the real world, a 'don't vote' campaign would have started in the immediate aftermath of 2020, but it didn't. They had another chance in 2024, but how could you do that when Trump won? Well, you couldn't...because your vote actually mattered and he won.
I'm sure all the Trump fans that are advocating you don't vote all didn't vote in 2024 after 2020 was stolen, right? Right? That's what you'd do if you believed the election system is rigged and not voting somehow is important in addressing the rigged system because there is a principle involved.
So why wait til September 2026 to tell folks you're not voting?
If done in mass, it will change one thing for sure: the face of your school board, judges, sheriffs and not for the better.

I recently watched a Trump speech from Florida 12/2017
In it he said “we have thousands under surveillance right now”. He put that in there during a discussion of ISIS & Mad Dog Mattis. But Trump could easily have any number of people under surveillance & they don’t even know it.

Suzanne is part of Democracy Inc., including working with one of their main lawfare groups, Democracy Forward, which is led by fascist Skye Perriman who works with Marc Elias and Norm Eisen.
They work with judges. The question is how they communicate. You’d need someone with oversight authority to investigate since you cannot FOIA the judiciary or nonprofits.

Huge victory for election integrity! The Supreme Court granted @TheJusticeDept’s stay in revamping the SAVE citizenship verification database, which will allow states to clear the voter rolls of illegal voters.
The modified SAVE system allows state and local officials to conduct citizenship verification of registered voters to keep aliens from voting.
The Justice Department will continue fighting in court for secure elections. Every American should want this!

An excellent start, but the DOJ still needs access to the voter rolls and mail-in ballot need to be gotten under control. Especially in States like California where they appear to be accepted well after the election is over.
