Did SOS fail to ingest, match, transmit, or reconcile the federal felony data into AVID and then deliver usable records to the counties? Multiple county recorders across the state are independently reporting that multiple voter-registration tools or functions are unavailable, degraded, returning incorrect data, or have been disabled. Data is fragmented among SOS, INEXL, MVD, ServiceArizona, counties, ERIC, and hosting/security vendors. SOS owns the statewide database and therefore owns the responsibility. We have written Bills and budget session law, exposed this several times. We have shown evidence of these issues for 4 years, all to be denied by Fontes and Vetoed by Hobbs and litigation by Mayes.

More MVD -SOS ..... GLITCH.. Long post ⚠️ What the MAINSTREAM won't tell We the People. I have shared it, they refuse to report it. Excuse "Too Complicated " for the public. This is what I warned people about, my assumptions in Committee hearings were 100% correct. The mismatch, in matching logic, duplicates, MVD and SOS failure to follow statute. Failure to answer public records request. Democrats even called me a liar, said I was making this up, AVID has been restricted function to Recorders in the 90 day window This also proves the Recorder does not transmit within 5 days. I asked requested all the information. One overarching question to MVD , demonstrate in policy, training documents, rules and event logs that show you are following Arizona Election Law. The replied " No responsive Record". A.R.S. §16-165(G) does not require notification whenever two computer strings are different. It directs the SOS to notify the recorder when a registered voter "has changed the person's residence address" or is not a U.S. citizen. Fontes has no clue, if anyone has moved or not. A.R.S. §16-168(J) requires SOS to administer the statewide database, requires electronic transmission between counties and the state, requires compatibility with HAVA, and specifically requires provisions for removing duplicates and ensuring eligible voters are not removed in error. The AVID project's own records show that the MVD interface was problematic during development. In 2019 the state described an unanticipated MVD change requiring a new interface between AVID and ServiceArizona. That matters because A.R.S. §16-168(I) expressly requires the county recorders and Secretary of State to protect access to voter-registration information “in an auditable format and method.” We also previously identified recurring duplicate/mismatch mechanisms involving legacy VRAZ-II migration, conservative matching criteria, MVD reconciliation issues, address variations, differences in county workflow, and active/inactive record coexistence.
