Had a chance to see the @EncorDesign Lotus Esprit restomod (3.5L V8 twin turbo/400bhp) up close in central London today ahead of @SalonPriveUK - very impressive styling of a “reimagined” 21st century Giugiaro S1 cc @SimonCarGuy
Nowhere to go… 2 of the 3 displaced Emirates A380s parked at LHR awaiting re-opening of Gulf airspace (and DXB): A6-EEU (“Destination Dubai”) and A6-EEC (with Etihad 787 tail-on in background). Also GF 789. I believe a total of 15 EK, EY, KU, QR & GF twin-aisles are parked @ LHR
Emirates IROPS planning building in some headroom
Due to multiple regional airspace closures, Emirates has temporarily suspended all operations to and from Dubai, up until 1500hrs UAE time on Monday, 2 March.
If you are booked to travel before or on 5 March, your options are:
✈️Rebook on an alternate flight. You can rebook on another flight to your intended destination up to 20 days from your original date of travel. If you booked your flight with a travel agent, please contact them. If you booked with us directly, contact us.
🎫 Request for refund. You can request for a refund of your ticket by completing the refund form if you booked with us directly. If you booked your flights with a travel agent, please contact them.
We urge all customers to check flight status before proceeding to the airport.
Customers impacted by flight cancellations must contact their travel agency for rebooking. If booked directly with Emirates, please contact us.
