Thirty-seven rugged F3 dudes came out to the Blue Line to support the passing of the flag to Convoy! Thanks for all the fun over that last year, it was a privilege!

This was a lot of fun to record. Enjoy!
.@F3Omaha 🎙️ NEW EPISODE DROP 🚨
Ep. 267: Keep the Shoes: Chalupa on Standing Firm and Finding His People
💬 "It's so much bigger than me doing hard things. It's that guy next to me." — Chalupa (@MarcusAPospisil)
👟 Named at his first post at Coronado after telling the circle he lost his cash and his Taco Bell but kept his brand-new K-Swiss. It was actually Gorditas.
🎒 Showed up to the Ruckus launch with no backpack: "I'm just gonna come and walk." Then dumbbells in a bag for months.
☕ His first Coffeeterias were awkward. Now: "I feel like I found my people."
🏴 Carried the Ruckus flag, then handed it to his brother-in-law Shrooms, who he EH'd with a sticker on a water bottle at the Waterloo drive-in
🙏 "My identity isn't my job. My identity is in Christ."

@F3CoronadoOMA @F3WestOmaha @F3Omaha 20 HIM joined YHC this morning at Coronado. “There’s a difference between a good man and a nice guy. A good man stands for certain ideals, and when those beliefs are contested, a good man is not a nice guy.” I want to be a good man!
🎲 14 dice rollers took their chances @F3TheBlueLine this morning in @F3WestOmaha!
The dice decided the pain. The @F3Omaha PAX did the work. 💪
COT: We can’t always control what gets rolled our way, but we can control our perspective.
When it’s dark, look for the stars ⭐
We all roll the dice 🎲 in life @F3Omaha. Sometimes you get lucky. Sometimes you get it wrong. Sometimes you have to go with it. Will it be raining or dry for one morning? Thursday @F3TheBlueLine, we’ll find out together @F3WestOmaha. Bring a FNG.

13 @F3Omaha PAX made some GAINS @f3IronandOre in @F3WestOmaha 💪🏋️
COT: Life gets heavy. Work. Family. Things break. We can’t control every weight put on us, but we can control how we carry it.
Don’t let a heavy week make you heavy toward those you love. 🌮👊

Wake up stupid early. ✅
Bring an FNG. 👊
Pick up heavy dumbbells. 🏋️
Put them back down. ⬇️
Repeat unnecessarily. ⭕️

@F3Omaha @F3WestOmaha 9 radical ruckers, including 1 FNG, helped me keep the streets of Pacific Meadows (@TheRuckusF3) safe for another week. It was an honor to lead this great group of HIM.
Welcome to F3 Pearly Gates.

Causing a ruckus at the @TheRuckusF3 is what happened this morning, is what we do! 11 HIMs carried their weight, worked it out, and started the day better. Choose conversation over presentation. Cheers to shrooms for your incredible site leadership!
So great to run into other @F3Omaha High Impact Men like @jaisam04 in Chicago at the Global Leadership Summit 🏔️👊 #GLS26 #Leadership
