I could not be prouder for us to have a mentor, friend, and work partner as our presumptive Democratic nominee for President: Vice President Kamala Harris. Now, we need to get to work to elect Kamala in November!
Opinion | Boston City Council should override Wu's budget veto. Council spent 100s of hours scrutinizing the budget. Reallocating 0.33% from historically underspent line items - totally reasonable! bostonglobe.com/2024/06/13/o…

“The council is proposing reallocating a mere 0.33 percent of the overall $4.6 billion budget. However, the council leveraged that 0.33 percent of the budget toward solutions in housing, college and career readiness, quality of life, and community safety.”

"Boston’s needs are undeniable. Boston is in a housing crisis. Boston needs to better support and provide for BPS students and families. Boston needs to be a leader at addressing the root causes of poverty and crime."
