I know this is dumb. But as a Bostonian, I feel like the Tartan Army is cheating on us. I know they are free to see other cities, but they said they love us the most. Were they just love bombing us? Hopefully this time away will make them realize what they are missing.
This past Monday, I sponsored a hearing on a proposal to adjust senior property tax exemption income and asset limits annually for cost-of-living increases.

Yesterday, I, a Haitian-American 🇭🇹 🇺🇸, was at the city’s FanFest convincing a Scotsman 🏴 to try Ghanaian 🇬🇭 food from Red Red Kitchen’s stand (restaurant in Roxbury), all while cheering on Cape Verde 🇨🇻 alongside our exuberant Cape Verdean community.
Right now I’m rooting for Senegal 🇸🇳 , where I lived for 5 months during college, as they take on France 🇫🇷, an impressive team in both its talent and diversity.

Before becoming one of Haiti’s top goal scorers, Frantzdy Pierrot was a kid growing up in Massachusetts.
Now, he’s back to take the field at Boston Stadium as part of Haiti’s first World Cup appearance in 52 years.
