Happens to a lot of people. What helps: walk in with two or three things they mentioned while you were texting and ask follow-ups on those. "How did that thing you were stressed about go?" keeps it moving better than new topics. And a few seconds of quiet is fine.

Being fit isn't just about having abs or looking good in pictures. It's being able to trust your body to carry you through life without getting tired from the simplest things. Look good, yes. But make sure you're actually healthy too.

Your body won’t change from what you plan to do. It changes from what you consistently do. Train when you’re motivated. Train when you’re tired. Train when nobody is watching. Show up. Put in the work. Repeat. 💪🔥

Did you know there is a simple exercise you can do at home and that can build MASSIVE quads? It requires no machine, no special equipment, and little to no additional weight. I would argue sissy squats are better for overall quad hypertrophy than regular squats, as sissy squats heavily stress all four heads of the quadriceps (unlike regular squats which can't stress the rectus femoris head that much). I haven't done a "proper" barbell squat in many years now, as I don't have enough weight for that in my home gym, but as you can see at the end of the clip, my quads are doing well. Be warned, though: high-rep sissy squats BURN. A lot.

If you’re hitting 2, 3, 4 reps on a working set that ends in close proximity to failure….that weight is TOO HEAVY for you If you’re hitting 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 reps on a working set that ends in close proximity to failure….that weight is PERFECT for you If you’re hitting 10, 11, 12 reps on a working set that ends in close proximity to failure….that weight is TOO LIGHT for you It is literally THIS SIMPLE, folks!

Your muscles will forgive you for a missed workout, a late dinner, a cheat meal, and a lazy Sunday. But consistency is where the real progress happens
Your muscles will forgive you for: - A missed workout - A late dinner - A cheat meal - A lazy Sunday What your muscles won't forgive you for:

The fat that kills executives isn't the fat you can see. Your BMI can't measure it. Your scale can't either. It's called visceral fat. It's the first number I check on every client's DEXA scan. What it is, why it matters and exactly how to lose it: = Thread =
