After almost 30 years of working in Primary schools, I am entering my last week. I will then move to Initial Teacher Training and trying to inspire the next generation of teachers. Really looking forward to it despite being devastated to leave my lovely school.

It still seems so surreal that I've more than likely finished my training.... I feel cheated of those last 3 months of practice, feedback and professional development. I didn't even get to say goodbye to the majority of my classes 😭
