Sorry to announce but we’ve decided not to reboot #EdCPDChat after the summer break.
The account will stay live to RT and share bits but, in the meantime, thank you to everyone who contributed to our discussions about effective CPD.

The best schools I have worked with have coaching & reflection at the heart of what they do in CPD. One partnership has been having training one week and then 1to1, individual and team reflection the following week. No reflection time = big barrier
