Oh my Gosh! The new @bbcdoctorwho was exceptional! Yasmin Finney as Rose Noble is a revelation - she needs to be in every episode for the rest of time! Seeing David and Catherine back made me so warm and happy. I loved every second of #TheStarBeast! #DoctorWho

What's the best new book for kids you've read recently?

This has been a great addition to my classroom wall. Kids add a sticker to their names every time they read a book. Includes audiobooks and being read to.

Another one of those days where I'm so happy having made the change from the business world to teaching! Seeing how excited my pupils were to learn how to say their names in BSL. I never got that sort of job satisfaction before!

Please give me your recommendations for books to add to my class library. 11-12 year olds, but a range of reading levels and styles. #kidsbooks #schoollibrary #edutwitter #teachers #primaryschool #books

Conversation with a pupil today: Child: "I don't like sitting on the floor, it makes my legs hurt" Me: "Well, you're getting taller. That sometimes happens if you are tall" Child: "Is that why you always make noises when you stand up?" Me: "....yeah....that's why..."
