BREAKING: We’re suing to block the Trump-Vance admin’s policy ordering the mandatory arrest and potentially indefinite detention of lawfully admitted refugees.

A major underreported aspect of the Minneapolis raids is that DHS was targeting lawfully present refugees as part of the President's "revetting" demands, and what that looked like in practice was grabbing people and spiriting them to detention centers in Texas for interrogation.
One of the things Trump supporters haven't paid attention to is another way Kristi Noem and Greg Bovino have sabotaged the President's deportation efforts. They rounded up a bunch of people in Minnesota, threw them into detention facilities, and some had permission to be in the country. Others have not had deportation orders. And, once incarcerated, DHS never began proper procedures to remove them. So now an overwhelmed federal judiciary is on the verge of releasing a lot of the people Bovino rounded up because DHS simply hasn't followed through.
