BREAKING: Trump admin lays groundwork for mass deportation of resettled refugees with new regulation.
"This regulation represents another escalation against immigrants with lawful status and these tactics lay the groundwork for the mass de-documentation and deportation of refugees. IRAP calls on USCIS to rescind the rule immediately and for Congress to exercise its authority to prevent this injustice from being carried out.”

"As we celebrate the Supreme Court upholding the constitutional right to birthright citizenship, our hearts are with the TPS holders facing the imminent loss of their right to live and work in the United States as a result of the Court's decision last week. Many have children born in the U.S.--whose rights to citizenship have been upheld today--and face potential family separation unless Congress acts now." - Ghita Schwarz, IRAP Senior Director of U.S. Litigation
