Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs is under criminal investigation for 6 figure payments from an organization that secured a major state contract increase after prior denials. Those funds were deposited directly into her accounts.
That's the pattern of corrupted influence traded for political favors.
A health insurer recorded enormous profits after the state approved steep premium increases. Contracts now sit pending before her administration. That same company serves as the primary funder of her political ads.
How much longer do Arizonans tolerate politicians that places Big Pharma donor interests above the interest of the citizens?

1. Ramirez left the building with the flash drives & the keys to the port blockers.
2. Ramirez was on the same adjudication server all day inserting flash drives - not to update one computer - everything is connected
3. Multiple people were inserting flash drives in that computer all day - alone in the room!
4. The keys to everything in the tabulation building are to be locked & a log maintained. That drawer was not locked and MULTIPLE people were seen access the keys throughout the day.
5. The port blockers were not properly locked as required after L&A
6. Any changes made to the system must go through the SOS who must sign off that the change was necessary, exactly what was done, & that it was certified. In 2022 when changes were identified, this paperwork was not provided.
7. @azjustinheap & staff have NO access to this room.
8. The “live feeds” the BOS provides times out every 26 seconds - you can only view 4 at a time & they time out - so much for transparency.
In Lakes trial the BOS learned that WTP were recording those feeds. If you recall, I pointed out before that when Richer was still around they moved cameras so you cannot see what anyone was doing on the computer (adjudication & signature verification)
Not in this clip: the county attorney contacted Shelby & wanted to know her source. Obviously, she did not give it to them.
This problem is WAY worse than initially reported (one guy one time). No, it’s Ramirez all day & multiple other people, with chain of custody broken & security logs not maintained.
This is completely unacceptable. “Security & protections” have been completely obliterated.
An L&A,which experts have said can be manipulated, will not suffice. A forensic expert needs to step in & completely determine what took place.

This is a pattern of behavior with the BOS. As Shelby points out, Pinal county had last minute changes on ES&S. Georgia & other states had the same issues.

Before the sun came up, Homeland Security Investigations agents executed a search warrant tied to an investigation into Omar's immigration paperwork, according to Fox News.
DOJ confirmed a judge authorized the warrant and called it part of an ongoing federal investigation.
This didn't come out of nowhere. Tom Homan and Todd Blanche both confirmed months ago that she was under investigation.
For years, the media told us these questions were conspiracy theories. Now a federal judge has looked at the evidence and signed a warrant.
Nobody is above the law, and that includes a sitting member of Congress. If the paperwork was a lie, so is her seat.
