This question on 2023 SATS paper is clearly wrong @educationgovuk You cannot put a square number on the line. You鈥檝e obviously realised this so have put an option in the mark scheme whereby children can cross out a part of the question. Every child deserves compensatory mark.
Me: "Can you explain to me what 5 x 3 means?"
Year 4 child: "Double 5 and half of 3"
