ALT Disability media action. Logo of a pair of binoculars with eyes. Make disablism unprofitable. 3 steps. 1. Monitor. We have launched an online form, through which people can send us any media coverage which concerns them, and any adverts which appeared alongside it. 2. Expose. We will bring together the evidence gathered, building up a pattern of evidence that cannot be dismissed. 3. Change. We will use our evidence base to put pressure on advertisers to stop funding media outlets who spread disablism. If advertisers don’t fund them, media organisations have another reason to change. Let’s show the media that disablism doesn’t pay.

ALT A message on mental health against a white background. Text reads: MESSAGE FROM THE UNIVERSE Your mental health should be your priority. Your peace matters more than anything. Take a moment today to check in with yourself. Breathe. Slow down. Rest when you need it. Say no when you must. Protect your energy without guilt. Release the pressure to keep it all together. You are not meant to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Healing isn't linear, and strength doesn't always look loud. Sometimes, it's in the quiet act of choosing yourself. Again and again. You deserve inner calm. And it's more than okay to put yourself first. Because when your mind is clear and your heart is light, everything else begins to flow.
