A packed day yesterday in Waco and Stephenville!
Tonya and I joined Lieutenant Governor @DanPatrick and Rep. @PatrickJCurry1 for the @WacoChamber's State of the State Luncheon and a press conference at @TexasFarmBureau headquarters.
Texas is poised to Surpass France as the World’s Seventh-Largest Economy. Next Session, I look forward to working alongside Lieutenant Governor Patrick to ensure the Texas Miracle delivers real Affordability Relief!

Tarrant County is the best place to live, work, and raise a family in America.
It was a pleasure to highlight how special Tarrant County is at the Fort Worth Chamber’s State of the County today. Here are some of the facts I got to share:
✅ 23.1% reduction in the combined property tax rate (Tarrant County and JPS) over four years.
✅ Lowest property tax rate of the large urban Texas counties.
✅ Reduced operating budget by $70 million over four years while increasing Sheriff and DA budgets and improving services for families in need.
✅ Crime rate down three years in a row.
✅ Lowest crime rate of the large urban Texas counties.
Thank you to the Chamber for putting on such a great event!
Consider this my petition for Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives to visit Health Camp in Waco!
Between events yesterday, the campaign stopped by this local landmark for an All-American meal, with some of the best shakes in town. A Waco staple since 1948, Health Camp is a unique piece of Central Texas history.
Your move, @GuyFieri!
Honored to speak and serve as emcee at this afternoon’s McLennan County Republican Women’s “Paint Texas Red” GOTV event alongside many fellow Republican Candidates!
Thank you, MCRW, for your tireless work to Get Out The Vote.
Cast Your Vote For:
Perry Felton for McLennan County Commissioner Precinct 4
@ricktullis
Donis “D.L.” Wilson, R, Candidate for McLennan Co Commissioner Pct 2
Josh Tetens for DA
Rebecca Eubank for District Clerk
Judge Gina Long
Happy 251st Birthday to the United States Navy!
On October 13, 1775, the Continental Congress authorized America’s first Naval Force, beginning a proud Tradition of Service that has endured for 251 years.
From defending our shores to protecting Freedom across the seas, generations of American Sailors have answered the call. Thank you to every Sailor, Veteran, and Military Family whose Service and Sacrifice have kept America Safe and Strong. 💪
Last Thursday, I enjoyed a great day in Waco, touring Jessup Housing with @PatrickJCurry1 and David Jessup before attending the @WacoChamber’s State of the Nation Luncheon.
Thank you to the Jessup team and @TexasMHA for welcoming us and providing a firsthand look at manufactured housing production in SD 22, which produces more manufactured homes than any other Senate District in Texas!
It was also a pleasure to hear from Congressman @PeteSessions and Ross Perot Jr. about our Nation’s Future and how the Texas Miracle is driving economic growth!

This facility will serve youth with serious mental and behavioral health needs and give staff a safer environment to do their jobs. Protecting our Communities means holding offenders accountable, while also helping them change course for a better Life.
Thank you to TJJD board, their dedicated staff, and the Ellis County Commissioners Court for making this possible!

On Tuesday, I was honored to present a Resolution to Fire Chief Kirt Mays celebrating the Grand Opening of the New Rendon Fire Station for Tarrant County ESD 1!
This $5 Million investment in Public Safety gives our Firefighters and Paramedics a modern facility to serve Rendon Families for years to come. Thankful for the volunteers that started the 1st station 72 years ago in 1954! It was a pleasure to join Sheriff @BillWaybourn, @Ellen4Texas, and our Neighbors to celebrate this Milestone.
