That includes a bill to allow smaller homes on smaller lots — a top priority of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick.

@CityofOdessa is doing attainable homeownership right. Making it harder for first-time home buyers to purchase new manufactured homes will not help this continue.
In 2023, the two U.S. metropolitan areas with the highest shares of 25- to 34-year-olds living in a parent’s home were Vallejo, California, and Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura, California, each with 33%.
