The Working Families Tax Cuts helped save the family farm.
My @HouseGOP colleagues and I increased the inheritance tax threshold to $15 million for individuals and $30 million for married couples.
This helps generational farms and businesses stay in the family rather than being forced to sell assets to cover inheritance tax.
This week, I attended the W.K. Gordon Center for Industrial History in Thurber, Texas, for the unveiling of the new multipurpose room and got to see the museum’s new Spur Collection exhibit.
It was great to celebrate this exciting addition and the continued preservation of our community’s history.
I also enjoyed seeing some of my fellow @TarletonState University friends!
It was an honor to kick off TCA’s Homecoming celebration as Grand Marshal of the parade alongside Craig Smith, President and Head of School at Trinity Christian Academy.
Leading the parade with my two granddaughters by my side made this one I’ll always remember. Go Eagles!
I joined @RepPettersen in co-leading the Fentanyl Sanctions Reauthorization Act of 2026.
This bill will strengthen our ability to hold foreign actors accountable and give the United States additional authority to crack down on those fueling the fentanyl trade.
