Real reason why committees are formed. To put an issue on hold indefinitely. 5 yearly OROP revision due on 1.7.2019 as per GoI, MoD letter No 12 (1)/2014/D(Pen/Policy)-Part- II dated 7.11.2015 not done as this committee not submitted its report in last 26 mths. Laughable.
