Very well said. Basically it is narrow vision, the result of lack of exposure & efforts to acquire knowledge beyond the four walls of the Army- the other services too excluded.

There is no Hearing on 06th in Hon'ble Supreme Court. The matter has been listed only for ascertaining as to whether all the Respondents have been served the copy of the SLP filed by the Govt or not. The judgement has been already reserved otherwise on 12 March 19.

Service HQ can only recommend to MOD not MoF directly. The AHQ has not been clean in this it affects the other two services also and they may not have been ready to betray and harm their pers
