Becomes embarrassing at hospitals where you have a paramilitary doctor with much less service with DACP … are we only officers … or doctors too … what’s the rationale for denying DACP to AMC ???

Temporary hospitals opened being manned by @adgpi @indiannavy @IAF_MCC doctors. Military Hospitals opened to civilians in #CoronavirusPandemic #Corona2ndWave. AFMS doctors always give off their best in any crisis, but DACP not given to them. Why this step motherly treatment ?

Supreme Court dismissed MoD's Special Leave Petition (SLP) against implementation of DACP for AFMS doctors on 23.9.2013. Matter attained finality & DACP should have been implemented. Unfortunately let down by armed forces top brass who kept introducing needless road blocks.

In Most cases related to AF Judiciary has been a great saviour.Specially in Disability Pen cases, helped disabled who were denied Pen,Restoration of Pen to Widows,Rounding off Disability n Arrears from inception.Our Own were hindrance in DACP n NFFU not Judiciary. Delay Happens!
