He is still here, he has multiple accounts that he runs. This is what so many donโ€™t understand. He uses alts, and so many of his biggest supporters, are his own accounts. Nobody wants to believe that someone would go to these lengths to lie to others. I didnโ€™t want to believe it either, when I was where you are today. But he used to brag about how he used those accounts. He had at least 5 on TG, and countless others on X. I have seen some of those accounts in the responses to people asking for him to be reinstated. He has a tell tale typing style, so itโ€™s not hard to recognize after long enough. Newer followers of his donโ€™t know this, but we were very close at one time. It took me a long time to come around, and honestly, I defended him until I caught him in lies that he couldnโ€™t talk his way out of. And once you do, and especially if you then ask questions, you get a completely different side to him. This is why so many are blocked. Once you do see it and start to ask questions, you are immediately labeled a scammer or bad person. We all wanted to believe in โ€œa planโ€ at one point. We wanted to believe that someone was going the save the chain. But that is not the reality. Think about this. With the legal problems Binance faced in the U.S., would they use a U.S. citizen to leak potential plans that could then be considered insider trading? Why would any attorney, knowing these risks and their legal limitations in the U.S., admit this in the open? And why would Binance encourage it, with their legal troubles in this country? And speaking of that, did you know that he has claimed he is a different kind of lawyer in different posts? Yes, dig deep enough and you will see how his story has changed over time. On top of that, he is not who he claims he is. He gave me his name once, and I was able to find the individual on social media. The guy had the same legal background as described, but none of the โ€œfamilyโ€ information lined up (birthdays, kids, pets, etc). Another thing, why would Binance start leaking those plans three years ago? Yet in that time they have released other new products and invested in many other projects, none of which are USTC? Did you know his contact 2017 was a female at first? Then his story changed and 2017 became a โ€œheโ€. He also claimed 2017 was a @BinanceUS employee at one point, also working directly with CZ (which never made sense). Did you know he tried to make back door deals, selling โ€œ@Binance delegationsโ€ for 10% of the commissions? Yes, there are screenshots of this. Did you know there are more screenshots, from different people, where he claims to be directly in contact with @cz_binance and @Binance, at once point even claiming that if he leaves, they would leave too? Did you know he claimed to be in direct contact with DK, and advising DK of a repeg plan. Yes, there are screenshots of this too. And you are missing the most important part of all. Why would a large group of people, with no relationship or reason to even speak, all have the same experiences with him? Why do they all have screenshots on different topics, and even from different years, proving these conversations took place? I know you want to believe in him, we all wanted to believe. But understand that people are not trying to harm you by speaking the truth. We are speaking the truth because we have been where you are today, and we are trying to help you. And itโ€™s ok if this makes you angry. I will take that heat if it means you have the information you need. Just remember that when you do see things for what they are, there is an entire community here that is waiting for you and ready to welcome you with open arms.

Using CL8Y can be a game changer, especially for arbitrage traders where every fraction of a percent matters. The big difference compared with something like BNB is that you don't have to spend your CL8Y to get the fee discount, you simply hold it. As you move up the tiers, the trading fee keeps falling while the CL8Y remains yours. Combine that with wrapped assets avoiding the 1.5% tax on every internal trading leg, and the economics become very compelling for high-frequency traders. Looking at the latest volume numbers its nice to see im not the only one who sees this as a game changer Arb trading is just one type of trading CL8Y + wrapped assets is a benefit to all traders

Let me explain where #TerraClassic is right now. We are a chain that went through one complete collapse already, costing investors millions of dollars in the process. Governance is now controlled by a small minority, with at least 2 different groups controlling likely 6 validators or more. These Validators veto what they don't personally like, yet have no problem "breaking the rules" when it benefits them. Governance is broken. We have vetoed a security audit, choosing to leave the investments of thousands at risk, because we will not allow it to happen unless a company is willing to do the work with no payment up front. Yet these companies have watched this small group of Validators veto anything they don't like. So, tell me, how many companies are going to trust that these Validators will follow through with approving payment? Why should they do this work when they know these Validators may very well veto any future payment simply because they currently have a monopoly on the voting power? The answer is none. And seeing that the veto is continually used to control governance by this small minority, how many new investors do you think will view #TerraClassic as a good investment? Also, none. We need to fix governance, and we need to streamline PPJ in a way that lends to common sense practices. $LUNC $USTC #LunaClassic

We're now seeing major #LUNC validators voting NO WITH VETO on Proposal #12228 because SolidProof requires payment upfront. Let's put this into the real world. You don't walk into a shop, take the goods and say: "I'll pay you once I've used them and decided I'm satisfied." You don't hire an independent professional business and then demand they adopt your own internal payment system before you'll use their services. PPJ makes sense for developers and teams working within the Terra Classic ecosystem. It protects the Community Pool and provides accountability for work commissioned from ecosystem contributors. But SolidProof is an independent German security company providing a specialist commercial service. They aren't a Terra Classic development team asking for ongoing community funding. Their terms require payment upfront. The proposal isn't secretly bypassing PPJ either. It explicitly tells governance that an exception is required for the external auditor, while OrbitLabs' $20,000 implementation work remains standard PPJ and is paid after completion. That's exactly where the distinction should be. External commercial service = their agreed payment terms. Internal LUNC development work = PPJ accountability. Expecting established businesses outside our ecosystem to restructure their commercial payment policies around Terra Classic governance is not realistic. And using NO WITH VETO simply because an external company expects payment according to its normal commercial agreement is, in my view, completely disproportionate. We want serious independent companies to work with #LUNC. We can't simultaneously expect them to operate like Terra Classic community developers. โš ๏ธ THE USUAL SUSPECTS ABUSING NO WITH VETO YET AGAIN! ...Trying to stifle chain progression! They dont deserve to run Lunc validators with this kind of abuse! #LUNC #TerraClassic $LUNC #USTC #BINANCE #COSMOS @SolidProof_io @orbit__labs

๐Ÿš€ โ€œ$200 a day in fees is impossible.โ€ Some people looked at what Ceramic's ecosystem was collecting when this video was created and decided that was all it could EVER collect. Since then, weโ€™ve hit $112 in fees in a day. ๐Ÿ’ฐ dex.cl8y.com/protocol Not a projection. Actual fees collected. Over halfway to the daily figure they were so quick to dismiss. ๐Ÿ“Š Hereโ€™s how the 24-hour trading-volume snapshots compare: ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ 6 September: $211 volume | 16 trades | 4 wallets ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Today: ~$6,600 routed volume / ~$8,285 all-in 47 trades | 8 wallets An important distinction: those are trading-volume figures, not fee revenue. And letโ€™s be honest about the comparison. September 6 was unusually quiet. Todayโ€™s spike was driven largely by a major USTR sale, the arbitrage it triggered and repositioning trades, not a sudden explosion in organic demand. Recent underlying volume has been closer to $1,000โ€“$1,800 a day. So no, this isnโ€™t a claim of โ€œ31ร— organic growth.โ€ Itโ€™s a bigger day of activity alongside a real fee milestone, not yet a sustained daily average. But thatโ€™s exactly why you shouldnโ€™t treat a single early snapshot as a permanent ceiling. The biggest mistake the doubters made? They were looking BACKWARDS, not FORWARD. ๐Ÿ‘€ They saw yesterdayโ€™s activity and assumed tomorrowโ€™s limitations. We saw infrastructure being built, and the opportunity to grow into it. Thereโ€™s a huge difference between โ€œwe havenโ€™t reached it yetโ€ and โ€œit cannot be done.โ€ โœ… $100 fee day: achieved. ๐ŸŽฏ $200/day: still the target. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ Turning milestones into consistent revenue: the work ahead. One milestone doesnโ€™t guarantee the next. But dismissing the potential before the foundations have had a chance to deliver was always premature. ๐Ÿ”ฅ ONE OF THOSE NICE PROBLEMS TO HAVE. The CL8Y DEX has reached the point where liquidity now needs to catch up with usage. After discussion with the community, we're growing the cLUNC/cUSTC pair to $50K liquidity. ๐Ÿš€ That means we need additional native $LUNC to support that expansion. So here's what happens: ๐Ÿ”ฅ cLUNC is burned/redeemed ๐Ÿ”“ The corresponding LUNC backing that cLUNC is released ๐Ÿฆ The protocol accumulates that native LUNC ๐Ÿ’ง Once sufficient LUNC is held, it can support the larger cLUNC/cUSTC liquidity position The underlying LUNC isn't being burned. We're effectively converting wrapped cLUNC back into its native LUNC backing so the protocol has the assets required to scale liquidity. That's a pretty good problem for a new DEX to have: โšก Infrastructure built โšก DEX launched โšก Trading live โšก Usage growing โšก Now liquidity needs to scale with it Ceramic also improved: ๐Ÿ”— ust1cmm.com/treasury The treasury ratios are now much clearer and avoid double-counting protocol-issued assets such as UST1, cUSTC and cLUNC. Yes, absolutely possible. In fact, I think thatโ€™s a natural direction for the DEX. Imagine plug-and-play trading bots built directly around CL8Y: grid trading, market making, DCA, arbitrage, rebalancing, etc. Users choose a strategy, set their parameters and let it operate through the DEX. That wouldnโ€™t just be another feature either. ๐Ÿค– Bots trade 24/7 โ†’ more volume โ†’ more fees โ†’ more liquidity โ†’ stronger ecosystem flywheel. CL8Y was built to be infrastructure. Automated trading fits that vision perfectly. ๐Ÿš€
