"The minute you were born it got risky! " Psychologically we are programed to avoid pain. We seem to be certain of all the things that could go wrong, but forget to consider what could be gained by taking the risk. Why not consider what you could lose if you don't take that risk?

9. “If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary.” Tony took big risks. In the 90s he got cheated by his business partner. He's lost lots of money several times Ordinary people take zero risks. What they get back are huge regrets.

Startups take on the traits of their founders. If you have unexamined trauma and can’t resolve conflict fairly/openly, it will explode dramatically. Get therapy/coaching and integrate early because once you are on the high wire where a lot is at stake, it might be too late.
