First-order thinkers counting widgets or aircraft carriers don’t see that barring a quick one-and-done war, which isn’t how things work out as we now see, it’s all going to be about sustained production and supply-chain replacement power. That’s also why when you build a global “rules-based order” based on post-WW2 U.S. military power and the U.S. dollar, and the latter means ever-less U.S. industry, which then means a less powerful U.S. military production system,… the “order” destroys itself and we get disorder. So, the U.S. is going back to an economic statecraft playbook it used before to develop that echoes parts of China’s current model. Everyone else globally has to deal with that - but with China and America’s sheer scale, they’d better be a side, pick a side, or be picked and left on their backside.
The real threat to the United States in a looming war is not China’s ships or missiles. It is the fact that China can replace them faster than America can. China already produces ships, electronics, machinery, batteries, and components at a scale the U.S. cannot yet match. In a prolonged Indo-Pacific war, that industrial gap decides whether the U.S. can replace damaged equipment, replenish munitions, and repair ships or whether the fight ends when the first stocks run out. Washington is trying to reverse decades of industrial contraction. One new facility for Virginia-class submarine components will not operate until 2030. China did not wait. It built the manufacturing base first. A military that cannot sustain itself does not deter. In the Indo-Pacific, production capacity is the threat the United States has not yet closed.

In 2019-2020, @SenWarren received $821,941 from the pharmaceutical industry, making her the second most bought-off person in Congress (Sanders got $1,417,811). She also pushed for censoring COVID dissidents, funding COVID vaccines and countermeasures and mandates. RFK Jr. poses a danger to public health, scientific research, medicine, and health care coverage for millions. He wants to stop parents from protecting their babies from measles and his ideas would welcome the return of polio. I have a lot of questions for his Senate hearing.

Why the hell are we still talking about neocon Pompeo as SecDef? And Rubio? Why - in a supposed "America first" administration - can't we have a Defense Secretary who is a real American war hero who understands that, yes, we must be ready for war, but we must do everything possible to preserve peace? @realDonaldTrump - why the hell are you not IMMEDIATELY naming American war hero - and your good FRIEND! - @DougAMacgregor as your Defense Secretary? You have a Republican Senate - you can get him through! Stop this bullshit! Stop playing footsie with the neocons. You were elected by the America-first movement. Why can't we have an America-first Defense Secretary? #SecretaryMacgregorNow

When polling is used to restrict voter choice on the debate stage -- and to gas-light Americans into believing their candidate cannot win -- this kind of methodological malpractice undermines our very republic. You want a real poll? Walk through an airport wearing your Kennedy gear and count the number of passengers, check-in agents, TSA officers, waiters, luggage guys, flight attendants, and uber drivers who seek you out, calling "I love your shirt!" with their eyes shining, like the words they're really saying are: "America's going to be alright." And you know what? I think they're right. #Kennedy24
Kennedy supporters - check out this @EmersonCollege general elec poll I was asked to partake in yesterday. After clicking ‘other’ when given only B/T to choose from, these were the final choices I got 🙄. No Kennedy anywhere. @amaryllisfox @RobertKennedyJr #KennedyShanahan24 🇺🇸

Did people really not recognize the shape of the carcass vanity fair posted? To me, it's obvious that they were just gaslighting the public, both as a test of loyalty and to force subjects into submission. It's a strategy that's been used by dictators for thousands of years. There's a Chinese proverb: "calling a deer a horse", originated from the Qin dynasty, where a prime minister presented a deer to the emperor and called it a horse. He then called on all the chancellors to make their own judgment whether it was a deer or a horse. Those who insisted that it was a deer were subsequently rooted out and the emperor's court was left with only lying and corrupt officials, which ultimately led to the demise of the dynasty.
Guess @VanityFair fact checking took the night (or their career) off. I worked a The New York Observer for a couple summers (a paper so small it was based out of a townhouse) and they called everyone involved to fact check even the most useless details. You just printed my dad ate a dog accompanied by a pic of a goat. You could have called ANYONE who was there. Or for that matter asked ChatGPT what animal is getting BBQ'd in this picture? Isn't there a bare minimum standard of fact checking in journalism these days? Not in New York I guess .... rest in peace Peter Kaplan. #votefortheGOAT

My thoughts on last night's debate. CNN aired a debate that was not only low-energy but failed to provide substantial information. The lackluster performances of both candidates only served to underscore the significant challenges our Republic is currently facing. The constant bickering and lack of real solutions or leadership should leave no doubt in anyone's mind. Neither of these men can steer our Republic back on track. It's worth noting that even with all the special arrangements made to bolster President Biden's image, the debate still fell flat. The absence of a live audience, muted microphones, a 1-2 minute broadcast delay, and the exclusion of the most popular Independent candidate for President this country has seen since Ross Perot all point to a concerted effort by the RNC and DNC to limit the choices of the American people. This morning's headlines range from Biden's disappoints and Trump’s lies to calls for Biden to withdraw from the race. It is safe to say none of us are shocked by the headlines. Interestingly enough, RFK Jr. did not stand idly by while the corrupt mainstream media and the RNC and DNC colluded to exclude him from participating directly in last night's debate. He attended the debate virtually, responding as close to in real time as he could, and kept his responses within the debate time rules. Overall, he had a very successful night, with over 10 million views on his livestream on X and “The Real Debate” website. Unlike the empty bluster of President Biden and former President Trump, Kennedy gave insightful responses despite some of the questions not meriting a direct response. I can only imagine how much further on their heels the two presidents would have been if Robert had been able to hold them accountable in real-time on the debate stage. From their bloating the national debt to destroying thousands of small businesses, overseeing the most significant transfer of wealth to billionaires from the middle class, and violating our constitutional rights multiple times. Had he been on stage America would have seen the ugly truth of what the two “major parties” have become under the leadership of Biden and Trump. Americans would have seen how indefensible their records are. The race to the White House has changed after last night. It is clear to everyone with an honest bone in their body that there is no conceivable way President Biden can serve four more years, let alone make it to the end of his term. Former President Trump was quite underwhelming himself, lacking the fire he had in 2016 that focused on America; his inability to acknowledge his mistakes that caused the American people harm during his first term is very concerning. The race as it stands today is now between former President Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and there is no doubt in my mind if these two men ever debated, the choice for our next president would become crystal clear to voters, and Robert Kennedy Jr would be the next President of the United States.

This is Ross Ulbricht. 10 years ago today, Ross was arrested for creating a website. If the government gets their way, he'll die in prison. Ross is serving a double life sentence plus 40 years for, again, creating a website. If that sounds ridiculous and infuriating to you, keep reading.  It gets worse. Ross created a website called Silk Road, which he designed to be a free market, secure, anonymous marketplace.  It used Bicoin for payment, and utilized a system called Tor which allowed buyers and sellers to access it anonymously and without any trace. An avid libertarian, Ross prohibited anything being sold on Silk Road that violated the Non-Aggression Principle. This included stolen items, counterfeit/fraudulent items, child p**n, assassinations, etc. A devout believer in nonviolence, Ross also prohibited the sale of weapons. Many items that were sold on Silk Road were legal, and a third-party study of the site inventory by Carnegie-Mellon University concluded that the drugs most commonly sold were small amounts of cannabis.  Most importantly, Ross was not convicted for selling, buying, or being in proximity to any of the items that were sold on Silk Road, legal or illegal. He was convicted for what others did on the site. Imagine if Elon, or Zuck, or any of the other owners of web platforms were charged for what other people did on them. On October of 2013, Ross was arrested by the FBI and charged with money laundering conspiracy, computer hacking conspiracy, fake ID trafficking conspiracy and narcotics trafficking. (Ross did not actually launder money, hack computers or sell illegal items himself. These charges were based on what users listed on the site.)   After his arrest, the prosecution fraudulently alleged that Ross attempted to have several people killed, but never charged him for this at trial, and his supposed "victim", Curtis Green, publicly stated that those allegations were false. He is a fervent supporter of Ross. Despite the fact that these false, unproven allegations were never prosecuted, the federal government used them in the media to paint Ross as some kind of violent criminal kingpin, despite the fact that he was nonviolent and lived a very meager life, living with 3 other roommates in an apartment. The FBI also seized over 144,000 Bitcoin that they found in a shared wallet on Ross's computer, which today is worth over $3.8 billion. During Ross's trial: - Evidence and testimony showing that multiple people ran the website was banned from being discussed at trial. - Ross's defense team was not allowed to cross-examine the prosecution's witnesses or present their own witnesses - Key exonerating evidence was blocked by the judge - The prosecution was permitted to allege to the jury that Ross had hired hits on people despite never charging him with this or allowing him the opportunity to defend himself against the allegation The jury found Ross guilty on all charges, and the judge sentenced this first-time, nonviolent person to double life plus 40 years without parole. After Ross's trial, two of the key investigating federal agents were convicted on corruption charges related to Ross's case. Their existence was hidden from the jury during trial. Despite all of this, Ross’s conviction was lost on appeal, and the Supreme Court refused to hear his case. There is no other way to say it: Ross was railroaded by a corrupt federal government that wanted to make an example of him and steal his Bitcoin. During his 10 years in prison, Ross has continued to be a model citizen, teaching classes and tutoring his fellow inmates and helping them to earn their GEDs.  He has also completed several educational programs himself and has never received a single disciplinary sanction. Ross Ulbricht is a peaceful, nonviolent man who has never harmed anyone and whose only "crime" was to create a website that other people used to sell drugs that shouldn't be illegal in the first place. And for this, he's already spent a decade in prison. If he is not pardoned, or his sentence commuted, he will die there. That is unacceptable, and it is long past time for Ross to be set free. Obama could have set Ross free with the stroke of a pen, but he wouldn't. Neither would Trump. Neither has Biden. Let's replace them with someone who will. Ross, I am sorry for what you're going through, and I will not stop fighting for your freedom until you're back home where you belong. Free Ross Ulbricht.

🚨Letter From Center for Competitive Democracy Blasts CNN’s Planned Biden-Trump Debate as ‘Sham’ on Public That Would Violate Campaign Finance Law Tony Lyons, AV24 co-chair: “This is yet another dirty trick by the media to censor Bobby Kennedy.” “The uniparty is panicked that Kennedy will convince Baby Boomers of what tens of millions of Americans have already learned: that Washington DC is a cesspool of corruption – captured by big pharma, big tech, big oil … big everything – and that Bobby Kennedy is the only candidate who can clean it up.” “If he can burst through the tricks, the scare tactics, the censorship and the lies, the DNC and the RNC know that Kennedy can win.” The letter, written by Oliver Hall from the Center for Competitive Democracy, “takes issue with the 'propriety' and 'legality' of CNN's debate criteria.” “Hall notes that a debate-staging organization such as CNN must adhere to pre-existing, objective debate criteria to comply with the Federal Election Campaign Act.” “He calls CNN's scheduled debate ‘an unlawful corporate contribution to the participating candidates,’ and states that Biden and Trump will be violating the law if they participate in the debate as planned.” “Hall details how Biden and Trump ‘are all but certain not to’ qualify under the five debate criteria CNN announced … Crucially, writes Hall, both candidates fail in respect to CNN's third requirement:” ‘Neither Biden nor Trump will appear on any state ballot as of June 20, 2024, the date CNN identifies as the last day to determine a candidate's eligibility to participate.’ “Neither candidate, Hall further notes, has yet won his party's nomination.” “Hall also takes issue with reports that a CNN producer promised a Trump campaign official that ‘RFK will not be on the stage.’” “On the same day, he notes, the Washington Post reported that ‘Biden advisers said that they had told CNN the president would only participate in debates that were one-on-one with Trump.’”

BACK TO THE PEOPLE This election is about returning the government to the people. I've sat in conversation with Americans who represent the majority: people who are sick of the duopoly and who want commonsense government. Americans that have stopped defining themselves as strictly right or left. Americans who are passionate about this country exude an unstoppable optimism. I'll be on the road taping many of these conversations, and look forward to sharing them with you. It's only appropriate that we are kicking off the podcast with my running mate, and future president @RobertKennedyJr!

RFK Jr. at Michigan rally: “I’m gonna put the entire US budget on blockchain” “Every American can look at every budget item in the entire budget, anytime they want, 24 hours a day.” “We’re gonna have 300 million eyeballs on our budget, and if somebody is spending $16,000 for a toilet seat, everybody’s gonna know about it.”

I don’t want to pick on this man’s family. I really don’t. But this has now become relentless behavior on their part, and, in keeping with my opinions, as stated ad nauseum (and if you are listening and really hearing what RFK Jr. is saying about the world and the future of this country) what they’re doing here is a disgraceful betrayal, not just of their brother, or their family’s legacy, but way more important than either of those, it is a betrayal of the American people, our OWN hopes and dreams for the country this can and should be, and the quaint idea that the opportunity for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is something that should be available to every citizen of this country. We’ve lost that. These Kennedys have joined those standing in between us ever getting it back. If RFK Jr. is not the one who will completely and absolutely or even partly deliver what we hope for to us, that’s okay, he is OUR choice in 2024, and if he doesn’t or can’t come through WE WILL KEEP FIGHTING AND ELECTING until this captured oligarchal governmental system is replaced by a government that is functioning to the expectations of the people it governs and the corrupt party this segment of the Kennedy family has chosen to side with is defeated and dispatched to history once and for all. We’re going to take this country back via Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, whatever scorched earth crossfire hurricane Donald Trump might unleash on the political landscape, or by way of someone who has yet to even emerge on the national stage. We’re going to vote these creepy corrupt effete goons out of office, INCLUDING these Kennedys, destroy their vast network of NGOs, drive their down ballot party soldiers out of local offices everywhere and TAKE THIS COUNTRY BACK. That all STARTS with a Kennedy, just one, RFK Jr., and he’s the only one we need. @RobertKennedyJr @amaryllisfox @Holden_Culotta @MartinTruther @cadellemarie3 @Bruce_O_Clark @RobbinMilne @KarenLorre @loanly_hipster @gatorgar @Colorado4RFKJr @KWestbrook0 @BryceMLipscomb @Lola_Chambers8 @jmatthopper #kennedy24 #KENNEDY2024 @QueenKorma @DeniseKShull @TexansforRFKJr @BethCameron559 @JCNJKennedy24 @sgrunblatt2 @blacks4kennedy @FanofKennedyJr @plantparadise7 @letshearthetru @AnnSorense17171 @allisonshrock @rollinwithbolin @ClaudiaL01230 @MichaelFarinac3 @twistedlefty @SEK_ALA1972 @SusanAn85265249 @CapeFairCaptain @Richard60482584 @TrishCook19 @LucilleMcG @freedomspeaks @pmcall @SD4RFKJr24 @SarahGeving1 @philothought222 @moms4rfkjr @kittynela1
