It’s remarkable, really. The central plank of @JohnTory’s 2014 campaign platform was absolute vaporware, and he got elected two more times. Sometimes it seems that nothing matters, and that there is no accountability once in office.
Before complaining, I encourage you to check how much time you will save at smarttracker.ca. Twenty-two stations of new London-style surface subway that started service in 2021…unless we were somehow misled or misinformed.
