Court has signed Abrams Fensterman's OSC asking to enjoin Chair Velazquez and her attorneys from interfering with their appeal, hearing set for Tue, same as the disqual hearing

At around 4pm today, there was a shooting involving federal law enforcement agents in the Marble Hill neighborhood of the Bronx. The NYPD was not involved in the incident and was not on scene at the time of the shooting. The individual who was shot is at a nearby hospital and is currently conscious and receiving medical attention.

Please read the next paragraph, @AMBichotte. The critical language of the TRO is in effect "pending the hearing and determination" of the OSC.
The hearing was today, but there has not yet been a determination.
Unless their arguments are much better than their drafting, I would not bet on the Bichotte/Lucas attorneys to snap their losing streak.

An OSC for contempt has been filed against @AMBichotte and the other Exec Committee members who met last night, in apparent contravention of the Court's Sep 29 TRO
In the ongoing Bk Dems kerfuffle, the judge has signed the OSC to intervene by Lucas and Bichotte (1 of 3 OSCs filed today) and consolidated that hearing with tomorrow's existing hearing on @JulioPenaNY's motion to void the new rules and enjoin the exec comm meeting.

It is crazy though that they are purporting to represent Velasquez in any capacity after she has has fired them and told them six different ways to keep her name out of their mouth. Above and beyond everything else, that seems like a great way to get bar sanctions.
