#chatgpt as the co-author of books, articles, and so on? Writing supported by ChatGPT is a new field for authors, publishers, editors, and teachers. #learninganddevelopment will be challenged as well to use these AI chatbots in an effective way. nature.com/articles/d41586-0…

Here is my first experience with ChatGPT. This blog is an experiment to test how ChatGPT is able to support content generation in the L&D orbit. It's very promising and fast! But you have to be knowledgeable in your field to avoid nonsense. elearningindustry.com/fomo-a…

Evidence-informed is not about talking but about proving. Not always easy if we include informal learning by working as well. I agree with both of you and let’s go for as much as possible evidence informed decisions about designing learning and performance experiences.
Totally agree with you Quinn. When it's genuinely 'evidence-based' then it's much better than any myths etc. I'm just concerned that people may pick up on the phrase 'evidence-based' and use it as a label. But I currently have no evidence to back up my comment ;-)

No, no, no... off couse. My trigger is 'hybrid learning as a fad'
AI is a fad? Google is a fad? Speech to text & vice versa is a fad?
Great blog @TrainingZone from @ebase about hybrid learning as one of the many fads in learning. Also great is his call for evidence-informed learning: tinyurl.com/22efb3hm @MirjamN @WillWorkLearn @Quinnovator @DonaldClark
