Our multidisciplinary team achieved a 2-yr freedom from major amputation of 97.4% among R4-6 CLI patients without ESRD following index PVI. The downside-among matched cohort with ESRD major amputation risk was 7-times higher. #CLIflighters @SIRspecialists
