Macklemore is speaking out after being dropped from Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour, seemingly placing blame on New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, saying that the billionaire rallied other stadium owners to ban him from performing at their venues:
“Ed is my friend. I've known him for 13 years.... I told Ed multiple times on the phone, our friendship can't change my responsibility to tell the truth about what happened [in Gaza]... Ed told me that Robert Kraft called him. We were scheduled to play Gillette Stadium later this month, which is owned by the Kraft Group. Ed told me that Kraft said I would not be allowed to perform in his stadium. Ed also told me that Kraft had rallied some of the other stadium owners and collectively they gave him an ultimatum: if Macklemore stays on the tour, you will not be allowed to play in our venues....
Ed was in a fucked up position. He knew it. His typical apolitical stance was being challenged in a way it never had been before. He told me that the words 'Free Palestine' and the image of the Palestinian flag were hurtful to a lot of people he spoke with. I told him that if those words were more offensive than tens of thousands of Palestinian children being killed by Israel, then there was a fundamental disconnect between where those people stood and where I stood. But he couldn't get past his public facing, 'I don't take sides'....
I hope this isn't the end of my relationship with Ed. Thirteen years of friendship doesn't disappear because of one painful disagreement. I hope we both continue listening, studying what is happening in Palestine and wrestling with what neutrality means in a moment like this. My door will always be open to continuing that conversation....
I didn't need 10 shows from Ed. I needed 2. Two chances to stand in front of 90,000 people and say the words that somehow became too dangerous to say. Free Palestine. But if those words cost me the stage, while turning the conversation back to Palestine, then it was the most successful tour I've ever been on.”

Well said!!!!! It is all connected.
You think Hamas killed Israelis because they're a bunch of monsters who hate Jews? Of course you do, you're twelve.
You think Trump is trying to get rid of Maduro because Maduro is an evil dictator who wants to poison Americans with fentanyl? Hell yeah homie, you're twelve.
You think Putin invaded Ukraine because he hates freedom and democracy and wants to conquer the world? Bless your heart my twelve year-old buddy.
You think the US and Israel have been attacking and eliminating rivals in Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and Palestine in order to fight terrorism, stop tyranny, and protect the world from nuclear weapons? Yeah, that checks out, you're twelve.
The ultimate example of "everyone is twelve now" thinking is in the mainstream worldview promoted by western pundits and politicians which holds that the world is full of evil monsters doing evil things simply because they are evil, while being opposed by the virtuous Good Guys of the US-led world order.
It's like a children's cartoon, with the Bad Guys doing Bad Things simply because they are Bad, and the Good Guys striving heroically to stop them. It sounds like a shitty PG-13 summer blockbuster starring The Rock, but it's the consensus worldview of serious professional pundits and analysts who share this view on mainstream platforms with serious expressions on their faces, and anyone who calls any part of it into question is dismissed as an extremist or a deranged crackpot. Because everyone is twelve now.

RGIII saying he could recognize “hate when ‘he’ see(s) it”, when referring to Angel Reese’s feelings toward Caitlin Clark was irresponsible, but not at all surprising. Clark’s the biggest star in women’s basketball, & deservedly so. No need to beat up Reese to add shine to it.
RGIII plays into the narrative that Reese is the villain of Clark’s hero origin story. Now, Oberman & Portnoy, who berated Reese in college, have an ally in Griffin. Add him to the list of black men who’ve adopted the corny trend of denigrating black women to affirm their choices.
Attacking Reese multiple times in order to gain favor from his desired crowd won’t help RGII blend in more. “Echoing the micro aggressions of racist won’t make him any less black than me”.

Sudan, Somalia, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria are all being targeted by the US imperialist regime right now. Although they may seem unconnected, all of these things are happening for the sole reason of western imperialism and expansionism

Every person or child martyred is a universe extinguished. Every martyr was someone’s entire world. The heaviness of these moments are unbearable and incomprehensible. For the genocide in Gaza to continue while the world watches, feels like the end of the world as we know it.

BOOM: Recently resurfaced video of JD Vance calling trump a noxious fraud who doesn't care about folks, and he "can't stomach trump." It's clear that JD Vance has no values or strong convictions on anything.
Fucking feckless phony.

The ADL telling everyone to cool their jets about Elon Musk throwing up textbook Nazi salutes at a political event should be the final nail in the coffin for the "antisemitism" narrative. It won't be, but it should be.
This makes it so transparently obvious that groups like the ADL do not exist to curb discrimination against Jews, they exist to promote the geopolitical and military interests of an apartheid state in the middle east. This is why you see them spending 99 percent of their energy shrieking about high-profile supporters of Palestinian human rights like Jeremy Corbyn and Greta Thunberg and almost no energy focusing on actual antisemitic white supremacists who want to hurt Jews.
Imagine if someone like Corbyn or Thunberg had repeatedly thrown up a Nazi salute at a political event after denouncing the abuses of the state of Israel. Just imagine how aggressively groups like the ADL would work to ensure they never appeared in public again. The entire western political-media class would unify to stomp their reputation through the floorboards forever. But because it came from someone who's been falling all over himself to support the information interests of Israel, we get "This is a delicate moment, it was just an awkward hand gesture."
There is no antisemitism crisis in our society. There isn't. It's a lie. A lie that has been cynically promoted by institutions like the ADL to shut down criticism of genocidal atrocities by a tyrannical apartheid state. That's all we've ever been looking at here.

Sit with this for a minute people.
Here is the absurdity, criminality and denial involved in Gaza:
Nothing whatsoever is allowed to justify what happened on the 1 day of Oct 7 [or explain why it happened].
Everything is allowed to justify what happened for the following 450 odd days... and counting.
The binary trap that most have fallen into [one side good, the other side bad] is a form of madness, and just leads to compounding violence.😒
