Jonathan did 4 years and was removed. Ambode did 4 years and was removed. There’s nowhere it states that a publicly elected leader is entitled to 8 years which translates to 2 terms.

Misogyny is crazy because this looks way worse for him. You’re that down bad for some head that you’re willing to lose money over it? Lmfao, what a loser. Men will risk their entire bag for sexual access, then turn around and call women gold diggers. The jokes write themselves.
Bro really just exposed every girl who gave him head for a free tattoo 😭💀

Akin toll-snake (@akintollgate), you merged your name with 'tollgate' for clout and built your account on the back of the Lekki Tollgate massacre. As if that weren't disgraceful enough, on a day meant to honor our fallen heroes, you and your cohort gathered on a Space to mock their memory, turning a memorial into a platform to vent your obsession with H.E. Peter Obi and the Obidient movement. Shameful. Just so you know, your clout is built on blood currency, and may the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. ENDSARS LEKKI TOLL GATE: NEVER FORGET OCTOBER 20, 2020 Today, October 20, 2026, marks the sixth anniversary of the Lekki Toll Gate shootings, a painful reminder of the price Nigerian youths paid in their demand for a better country. On that fateful night, peaceful #EndSARS protesters were met with gunfire. Lives were lost, many were injured, and the nation was left with questions about justice, accountability, and the sanctity of human life. We must never forget. We must never normalise injustice. As we remember the victims, I reaffirm my belief that a New Nigeria is possible—a country where citizens are protected, not brutalised; where young people are heard, not silenced; and where government power is exercised with responsibility and respect for human rights. Nigeria must become a nation where no citizen is punished for demanding good governance and a better future. May the souls of the departed continue to rest in peace. May their sacrifice strengthen our resolve to build a Nigeria where this tragedy will never be repeated. A New Nigeria is POssible. A Nigeria where every life matters. -PO

Today, we remember the lives lost on 20 October 2020. We mourn them and stand with the families whose lives were forever changed by the struggle against police brutality. Six years later, we must ask: what has truly changed? From the use of police to disrupt my declaration into the ADC to the poor welfare and housing conditions facing officers, we must confront a system that too often fails both citizens and those entrusted to protect them. Police officers deserve dignity and decent working conditions. Citizens deserve protection, accountability and freedom from intimidation. Neither should be sacrificed for political interests. We honour the #EndSARS victims by continuing to demand a Lagos and a Nigeria where institutions serve the people, and power is exercised with responsibility. May their sacrifice never be in vain.

6 years on 🕊️ We will never ever forget our true heroes. Your immeasurable sacrifice remains a landmark moment in our story. Before the guns went off, we witnessed real selflessness and patriotism in moments when we abandoned our personal differences for one common goal. I hope that we can find our way back there someday. 🙏🏽

Six years later, not much has changed. Same government, same playbook of fear and intimidation. Today, right here at the Lekki Toll Gate, citizens gathered peacefully to honor the lives lost six years ago during EndSARS. And how did the authorities respond? By firing tear gas at us. Let that sink in. Six years after a generation cried out for basic dignity, safety, and accountability in policing, a peaceful memorial is still met with an unprovoked tear gas attack? The message is loud and clear, they are still terrified of remembrance, they are still terrified of accountability, and they are still terrified of YOU speaking up. Expressing grief and sympathy is not a crime. Peaceful assembly and solemn reflection should not be met with state brutality and repression. Effective governance is not about silencing the streets. It is about building a system that listens, that protects, that includes and that provides for everyone. To every young person and resident carrying the vision of a better Lagos, never forget that your voice is powerful, that your vote carries your voice and that the ballot is the vehicle through which you can speak loudest and change the story. We remember, We rise. FD Ó Ti Yá. #EndSARS #Lagos #FunsoDoherty #OTiYa #NDC

If someone who died in 2020 somehow miraculously resurrects in 2026, the person will be shocked that nothing has changed. As a matter of fact, things have gotten worse.

Also just hit me that I made ‘This Fight’ for a time like now. The only kind of justice we can get for those we lost is to actively work against the people that killed them. It’s how we must see it. As a fight for them. #EndSARS #TinubuMustGo
You made plans I know you did Your heart dreamed so many dreams All these things you’ll never get to see 🧡 #EndSARS

6 Years Later! We are still dealing with Insecurity, hunger, poverty, lack of proper health care and the highest level of corruption and impunity. The saddest part is that we are even more divided as a people at a time when we should be most united. I hope one day we truly realize the power that we have as citizens and stop allowing a few selfish individuals destroy the success and prosperity of the majority of us. Till then, ✌🏾 and 🤍
