Yeah well, #Wikipedia has set out to create _the_ piece of reference #Hypertext. Is succeeding, warts and all. @Wikidata has competition for becoming _the_ knowledge graph. @Wikifunctions - early days, but maybe _the_ programming environment. All by volunteers/shoestring funding.
