I'm really not a gamer, but I'm looking forward to this game.
You, whoever you are, if you are reading this, you use what she created many times a day.
The praise and respect people like her deserve is incalculable.
May she rest in peace, and may we be better at recognizing the immense importance and impact of open web technologies.

Wikimedia Commons had a photo challenge with a theme of "Breaking the rules" and people interpreted it in a bazillion ways. Here are some of my favorite submissions
In case you are wondering, I'm still working through the Greek @duolingo course. I'm occasionally doing Polish or Ukrainian just for fun.
Backwards and unconnected Arabic is common on signs outside Arab countries, but it's usually printed, and here it appears to be hand-painted.
Also, the Persian روباه is broken, but the Arabic ثعلب isn't. Curious.
For me, it's one of her best and most memorable, but for some reason, it's not remembered much.

"Lenin is with us" is a literal description.
It's hard to explain to people who haven't lived in the Soviet Union how ubiquitous was Lenin's presence in posters, school and university textbooks, news, etc.
Maybe not as ubiquitous as the Kims' in DPRK, but close.
This is from a @USATODAY article about LGBT persecution in Uganda. The content is horrifying, but I have a language question. Is "goes onto say" acceptable, or should it be "goes on to say"?
“Uganda charges first man with 'aggravated homosexuality' under new law” — punishment is death. usatoday.com/story/news/worl…
Another cool thing about the Osage people is that their language has its own script, inspired by Latin, but distinct. @Evertype participated in creating it, if I understand correctly.

Now that I'm looking at it closely, #Wordle is missing some more words for ethnic and religious groups. It has no Irish, Arabs, Czech, or Danes, although it does have Swede, Dutch, and Welsh.
Also no Islam, Sikhs, Hindu, or Jains. I honestly wonder why.
