Could use your help re-tweeting this. @Roblox is by far the WORST company out there. My daughter's (13-years-old kid) account was hacked and they refused to help because they want me to use the hacker's email to contact Support. I provided proof the hacker is sending all her friends scam messages and they still refused to help.

This entire Roblox moderation situation just sucks. my roblox account is marked CRITICAL and close to termination over clothing items I purchased months ago and supposedly chat violations, despite having my chat being off 99% of the time

roblox is the only platform where you get permanently banned by AI for a completely bogus reason after being a loyal, paying customer for over 10 years. my account "oxyu" was banned for being linked to some random throwaway account that I do not own and have never heard of, only after I spend thousands on exclusive items during the hunt and pre-halloween. this is disgraceful and needs to be dealt with promptly.
I've submitted what is probably over 50 appeals now, (I've lost count) and the AI responsible for handling appeals denies them without investigation. I am completely deprived of options, and I need help.

When will you fix moderation? Literally millions are unfairly banned, yet all you focus on is 'aesthetic improvements' nobody asked for. Your broken chat filter gives permanent bans for words even a 5-year-old knows are harmless. Are you going to keep ignoring your community?

Really isn't much to update other than the fact my window closes in 5 days and I wasn't helped whatsoever.

My account is less then 7 days away from crossing the 30 day threshold. The fact this has gone on for THIS long without any human interview is insane! I have a MIDR prepared for when it crosses the 30 day mark, but I am worried that won't even be enough.

My 14 Y/O account, DDB01, an account which I spent a lot of time and money on, was banned. All because my account was linked to a " JO***** " account that I do not recognize whatsoever.
I am on my 15th appeal as of now.
