Roblox Support is a joke. Where is our right to appeal? People are being permanently banned without clear evidence, proper explanations, or a fair chance to defend themselves. We did nothing wrong, yet we lose our accounts. Is this what Roblox calls fair moderation? @Roblox #ban

It’s been a few hours, and both of our posts have been flooded with people saying this exact system is broken, which tells us a lot. You also replied to @MyUsernamesThis’s post about inaccurate account linking bans a few days ago, only for someone on your team to later announce on the DevForum that the same system had unfairly banned players. We use multiple signals to determine whether accounts belong to the same person. Sharing an IP address or Wi-Fi network, at home, school, a library, or a mall, is not on its own a reason we would take action on an account.

This isn’t entirely true. All we want is our accounts back. Is it really that hard to restore them? Roblox needs to admit that its AI moderation is failing and that a new, more reliable moderation system is needed. Why do we have to go this far just to be heard? Our accounts and our voices matter.
