SACRED BODIES by VER @verface
A negotiation between a newly wedded couple that takes an angle not usually explored in a dynamic like this, but where it fits like a glove. And, you know, it looks THIS stunning:

Some of the best character backstory design and beautiful coloring I've seen.

congratulations to the newly-wed couple 👰💒🦅
ALT a very simple and stylised version of the two characters from Sacred Bodies. The character on the left, a human woman, is embroidering with a peaceful expression and closed eyes. The character on the right, a large bird person, is weaving reeds and glancing over curiously or nervously at the woman.

Sacred Bodies
Definitely one of the comics I was most hyped for prior to release. It's a story about love, alienation, touch, and safety.
The Ba'it are also one of the most unique creature designs I've seen- a good mix of both fantastical grounded.

If you can afford to do so, please get this story. Absolutely fantastic and a unique ( at least to me) take on the monster/human relationship
