Men too. Build something you’re proud of.
Women struggling with self-esteem should ignore all those garbage self-help books and get really good at something: guitar, martial arts, woodwork, weight lifting, building houses — idk, anything. Start practicing integrity and authenticity. Be yourself, stop faking, stop seeking validation from others. Become proud of yourself and who you are. Do things that are hard and scary.
