4:30 - wake up
4:40 - Make Coffee
4:45 - bible study/quiet time
5:10 - Darren Daily @DARRENHARDY
5:25 - Email wife daily schedule & a love quote
5:30 - Plan & Prepare for the day
6:10- get the kids up and ready for school
7:00 - workout (@onepeloton)
7:45 - meditate (infrequently, working on it)
8 - Brain Train (@Lumosity)
8:10 - weigh & photo
8:12 - cold shower
8:30 - start work
I have it ALL broke down on the @timeular app that shows how my time is used everyday, by minute.

I also love the tactile aspect of the @timeular time tracking device. There’s something more intentional to the physical act of turning the device, you’re saying to yourself - “I’m working on this now” and it keeps you honest. Might be good for your ADHD too.

Oh yeah! Some folks were talking about #timetracking #ADHD solutions, etc, and I mentioned my @timeular and how it helps me *feel* productive by filling up my whole calendar with color-coded segments and lets me set goals! Here's an example of a great week for me and my brain!

As someone with ADHD, sticking with productivity tools is rare.
