H-Mart signage officially appeared this week for the first time at the incoming Upper West Side location at 210-220 Amsterdam Avenue between West 69th and 70th streets. A few construction guys said the opening could happen by the end of May.

I have never been to America but it is a dream of mine to one day go and to go to a proper diner and have pancakes with that streaky bacon and syrup from one of those jugs and coffee that a waitress will refill from one of those coffee pots

Huge news for anyone working in tech in the US. Noncompetes are now banned: not just in California (like before), but nationwide. Very, very relevant for anyone at Amazon (which is the Big Tech that has enforced noncompetes even for low-level engineering positions).
