A highlight from my trip to London was meeting Angelita is person. She's built an amazing "AI virtuous cycle" where AI serves insights to people who validate and improve it.
More business users are getting trusted self-service answers than with any traditional BI tool!
Replying to @Scout24
@Scout24 runs 10+ real estate companies across Germany, Austria, and Spain on one AI context layer, built with Collate.
Live in production in under 10 weeks. One source of trusted context for people and agents.

Incredible how her voice sounds much better as she gets older. Excellent artist.
Great perspective from @d3fmacro on the need for an agent harness on enterprise data and how it's built into @CollateData.
Claude Code works because of the harness around the model, not the model alone.
Enterprise data needs the same architecture.

My first time seeing them last night. Amazing show and great tribute to Frank Beard who was with us in spirit!

Documentazo.

An analyst who understand their data sources can correct a wrong answer about cancelled orders from an AI query on their enterprise data. But the correction dies with the session, and next week someone else repeats it.
So memory is an entity in Collate with owners, reviewers, certification, and RBAC.

We improved Claude's accuracy 7x on messy enterprise data. Without changing the model or tuning the prompt.
Using the Spider 2.0 benchmark, built on real production warehouses: messy table names, no documentation, a decade of naming drift. Claude Sonnet scored 10.8% accuracy.
We ran the identical questions again, but with a context layer in place. Accuracy jumped to 76.5%.
A context layer is where you write down what your data actually means, in a form the agent can read before it writes SQL. Without it, the agent sees tables and columns and has to guess. With a context graph, it actually understands your data.
