PLEASE READ! 🛑 Phishing scam alert. They got me! Wednesday during the highest of the hi, after my project OBSOLETE ARCHIVE dropped I was the victim of a crypto scam and lost everything I made that day. I want to make it very clear your NFTs are not in any danger from this scam. They’re on a separate contract and have nothing to do with this situation. I’m sharing what happened because if it can happen to someone like me who is extremely careful who has been in this space for close to 6 years, and only had a small scam once before it can happen to anyone. Right after the quick sell out of OA I wanted to make a telegram group for collectors of the project and set up a verification bot to keep the channel secure within the collectors joining. I was trying to access what I believed was a legitimate CollabLand verification process through Telegram. The bot looked real. The steps felt familiar. I connected my wallet and approved a transaction believing I was simply verifying ownership. I never shared my seed phrase. But the transaction I approved was malicious, and the funds were removed from my wallet. 6.42 ETH to be exact. The scammers group name is Angel Ferno. The hardest part is knowing that I paused, questioned it and still believed what I was seeing was legitimate. These scams are designed to create familiarity and make experienced users lower their guard for one moment. Trust me I never let my guard down when it comes to these things but I was high on life at that specific moment, happy with the results, The project I poured my heart out and worked for months was received beyond my expectations. Thank you! A few things I hope others take from this: •When you set up a wallet to get paid do it towards a hard wallet. • Never trust a bot or link simply because the branding looks legitimate. Obviously! 🙄 • Only access verification tools through links posted on an official website or confirmed public account. • Read every wallet request as if it could empty the wallet because sometimes it will. • Use a separate wallet with minimal funds for verification and unfamiliar connections. • Disconnecting a wallet does not necessarily revoke permissions already granted. • If anything feels even slightly wrong, stop. Urgency is part of the trap. I’ve reported the wallet addresses and transactions to the appropriate platforms and authorities. The chances the funds will ever be recovered are 0 to none, but I refuse to let the experience disappear without helping someone else avoid it. If you come to me saying you can help me get my funds chances are I will block you. There is no shame in admitting that you were deceived. The shame belongs entirely to the people who build these systems to steal from others. I just needed some time to reflect on what happened to me. I’m devastated but I’m here because I love this space and the years I’ve worked to help build it. It hurts like a motherfucker bc I’m just an artist trying to make a living doing what I love. Please stay careful. One approval can change everything. Below is a screenshot of the fake telegram account and the etherscan contract where my funds went to. Since I reported them now they’re classified as malicious but they haven’t move my funds.

One conviction drives everything we do: as AI agents begin running real economic activity, they'll need a foundation they can verify. We have total conviction that web3 rails, products, and solutions will serve as the necessary bedrock for an AI Agent-led economy. We’ve been building through the bear market while thinking deeply about what comes next. Our CEO has distilled this down into a blog post, which we are proud to share today. onesource.io/blog/onesource-…

This year marks a new era for @ALLSHIPS, starting with the launch of the 'Companions' podcast, which you can watch in its entirety right here- featuring a few of my favorite artists- @JNSilva_, @monaris, and @stevesweatpants, with food from the legendary @GH0STPIPE, and production by Brian Felix. Intro music by @olliechanin. Growing up, I was taught that the dinner table is the heart of the community. My mother would always tell me that her favorite word was companion, because when you break it down to the latin roots, it means the people you share bread with. Food binds us together. We use it to sustain ourselves and our relationships, to break down the walls that divide us, to create trust and form the bonds that our lives unfold around. We’re in a time where we’ve lost so much connection to the distractions that surround us. Our phones and screens, social media, the relentless torrents of information. There is a hunger for real connection, one I feel deeply within myself, one I see reflected in my closest friends and companions. I’m going to do something about it, by bringing people together to share food, and share ideas- removing distractions and diving into the complex conversations and connections that we so crave. I always find the best conversations happen in the glow after a beautiful dinner. This is the first of many conversations with friends who I will invite to join us on future episodes. I've known each of these humans for a decade now and I consider them family, from our @SonyAlpha collective experiences to trips and experiences working together all over the world. In this conversation filmed last summer we discuss social media, the exponential rise of AI tooling, friendship, love, loss, futurism, technology, and how to best navigate an ever-changing world as creative professionals- among many other things. I hope you enjoy and would love to hear your thoughts and ideas about who to invite to dinner next. Thanks for watching! 🚀✨🥖

Infrastructure used to mean bridges and roads; now it’s programmable rails, identity layers, and token factories quietly making the messy parts of business machine-readable. The new moat isn’t concrete, it’s context, data flow, and trust you can actually audit in real time. - @ribbita2012 💯

NIGHTMOVES // A series of 10 1/1 works dropping on @TransientLabs Curated this coming Thursday, 8/21, at 2 PM EST. 24 hour auctions, reserves at 0 ETH, this thread has all the information you'll need to participate! This curation represents everything to me. It spans a decade of exploration of light in the neonoir setting of New York City by night. This style is my core photographic interest, this city as a muse. This collection is focused on the spectrum of artificial light against a natural dark, isolation in the density of the city, and the interplay of character and setting as found in these unstaged scenes. In these shadows, we can see ourselves, separated only by our luminous outlines. Putting this body of work together ended up being one of the most emotional experiences I've ever been through. In order to pull it together I went through hundreds of thousands of images I've taken over the past decade, which were scattered amongst my daily life. I came face to face with every memory held in time and I did not expect how profoundly that would affect me. That emotion is now distilled into these works and I am so grateful and excited to finally put them onchain, rooted in our shared network, and for them to find homes in the hands of those that resonate with them. Links below for the collection page, calendar invite, and a spaces you can join in advance of the drop at 2 PM Thursday. Thank you for looking, for sharing, and if you bid, thank you from the bottom of my heart. These ten images contain love, pain, loss, redemption, joy, greif, and rebirth- all in a world that I've constructed over my whole career. I can't wait to share that world with you. from dusk ‘til dawn is NIGHTMOVES

GM Good Mercedes?? @MercedesBenz just wrapped up a massive global push against counterfeit parts, seizing more than 1.5M fake items and removing over 212K fake listings from online platforms. We are talking about dangerous fakes like flammable air filters, brake pads with hazardous materials, and components that fail basic safety standards. The kind of counterfeits that put lives at risk. At Blockticity, this is exactly the problem we are solving by ensuring products and critical parts come with verifiable, tamper evident proof of authenticity, traceable from manufacturer to market. If luxury brands are battling millions of counterfeits each year, imagine the scale across all industries. It is time to make authenticity the default.
