The lift at Balham has AGAIN been out of service for several days. I am a wheelchair user and this has made the station completely unusable.
It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to leave a lift out of service for so long, and to allow it to break down so often.

😲 awful. And that you told them TEN years ago and they still haven't fixed the unsafe ramps is just appalling. I wish you the time, money, headspace and energy to sue them, as the Bank of England can hardly say "we didn't have any £". But I'm aware that isn't always an option.
