Obviously the financial reasons are too important for a ‘business’ to do this - but it would have happened if @ManUtd was still purely a football club.
Never experienced worse customer care before. Had a wrong inferior mattress delivered (level 5 way too firm after spinal surgery), old mattress taken away and @BensonsForBeds don’t care. Buy a blow up double bed from @Argos_Online they said! Still no word from them 24hrs later 🤬

So apparently @BensonsForBeds have a 48hr turn-around for a manager from their Customer Service Centre to call back when requested. 4 calls we made to them, and 168 hrs later, yes 168 HOURS, as in 7 days, AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN CALLED BACK #shocking #poorservice
