Really cool build. I’m currently working on a similar weather data project in Python.
The hardest part is always data sourcing and management moving beyond derived analysis into reliable, first-party data collection that actually feeds real-time decision-making.
Great execution here!
It runs on real rainfall from the June/July floods, ground heights and satellite imagery. Check your street and tell me if it matches what you’ve seen.

My thoughts exactly. Great for house hunting also great for developers buying land. A lot of people have had their hands burnt.
It should help with traffic planning too……don’t like driving through floods. Would rather go the long way that’s dry than spoil my car.
I remember when my office rented a large old building in old ikoyi. Back then we paid N32m for 4 years and started renovations.
We did not spend one day in that place. The flood inside the house was almost 90cm high.
Does this capture rainfall only? In our case it was overflow of rainfall from the nearby canal 💀💀
