According to the website referenced by @ElectionsAB, you do NOT need to have ID to vote. Vouching and Attestation are still valid. So is someone at Elections Alberta lying again, as they did in 2021? @JanisIrwin I toss the ball to you.

Ahh but this is NOT TRUE, is it? There are other ways of validation. Please stop spreading information that is WRONG and that discourages voting. You are supposed to be accurate and above reproach so show it. Withdraw these messages and substitute correct ones! @JanisIrwin help!

Not clear in these ads, vouching and attestation are still viable means of verifying a voter’s identity. So if you or someone you know does not have the ID referred to by Elections Alberta, it is still possible to vote in the provincial election with the right support in place.
