The bonkers Online Safety Bill is going to force every platform to have at least one “safety mode”/sanitised version of their site. Who knows what kinds of legitimate content/debate/discussion may be obscured or hidden as a result of this so-called “duty”.

I don’t tend to talk about this but please do report if you can. My friends don’t need or deserve this harassment for simply being women on the internet

Western media is really showing us what this selective empathy Ukraine is all about. Words such as "they are people like us", "blue eyes, blonde hair", "vote in elections", "have Netflix and IG accounts" and are "civilized" recounts to who should needs to be saving or not.

CBS News’ Charlie D'Agata said unlike Iraq and Afghanistan, Kiev/Ukraine is civilized, it is European. Journalist & former UK politician Daniel Hannan (Tory) writes “they seem so like us”. The quiet part is being screamed everywhere. Take note & don’t forget it.

I wish I had the privilege to sit on the fence. In order for me to do that I would have to strip myself of my identity and that’s not something I can do. It’s not any of our places to pick apart claims of racism in order to make us to feel more comfortable. ❤️

Just got a calendar notification for my 14-week pregnancy appointment...I miscarried 4 weeks ago. This is why we don't need AI's to stitch photos together and autoplay "memories" for us. Not all reminders are good reminders. Technology can be great but it can also be harmful.

Yesterday a lady told me she had applied to take a programming course in a new language, and they told her "you will never make it as a programmer". She had been a programmer for 20 years already. WTF.

Seeing so many tweets that #Watchmen was the first time they heard about Black Wall Street and had no idea that our opening depicted the Tulsa Massacre which had not been taught in US history classes made me want to post this post from The Post: washingtonpost.com/history/2…

Tulsa searches for mass graves from a deadly 1921 race massacre

The rampage was one of the worst episodes of racial violence in U.S. history, and there have long been reports that bodies were dumped in mass graves

Please do not ever call the police to check on me. They are not protectors of black people. They are executioners. #AtatianaJefferson 💔

A neighbor called the police after seeing her door open. A protector didn’t arrive for Atatiana Jefferson. An executor did. To know at any moment, racism can execute you and probably get away with it, is to know what it means to be Black in America. buzzfeednews.com/article/rya…

Try 50% testing, then you'll get 40% coding, 10% debugging and 0% wondering why your code works on the first run. 😉 #testyourcode

Programming is 20% coding, 70% debugging, and 10% trying to figure out how what you just coded worked on the first run and who you should thank for this stroke of good luck
