If you're interviewing someone online and you *think* you hear something that is a red flag then it is in your interests to check you've heard that correctly.
Also conducting an interview with a bad internet connection in the first place is unfair to your interviewee

I currently give induction sessions to ALL new joiners at @kinandcarta_eu about Testing at K+C, and yup that means even if you joined the Accounts team you get the Testing induction.
I'm very curious as to whether any other companies do this?

The bonkers Online Safety Bill is going to force every platform to have at least one “safety mode”/sanitised version of their site. Who knows what kinds of legitimate content/debate/discussion may be obscured or hidden as a result of this so-called “duty”.

Western media is really showing us what this selective empathy Ukraine is all about. Words such as "they are people like us", "blue eyes, blonde hair", "vote in elections", "have Netflix and IG accounts" and are "civilized" recounts to who should needs to be saving or not.
