Trying to figure this out - this code: np.concatenate((np.array([1, 1, 1]), np.array([0, 0, 0])), axis=0)
returns: array([1, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0])
expect it to return: array([[1, 1, 1], [0, 0, 0]])
