Personal update:
As 2025 came to a close, I wrapped up an incredibly meaningful chapter of my life at @IBWofficial / @HashedEM / @w2_community.
Over nearly three years, I had the chance to be part of all three editions of IBW an experience that shaped both my career and who I am today.
It’s hard to put into words how much this opportunity has given me and how much I’ve learned over these three years. I joined @IBWofficial around the same time I started college, and spent most of my time building here honestly, probably the best way I could have spent these past three years.
It all started when @arvndalxndr DMed me about the role. I joined as an intern, went on to support marketing, production, design, and operations, and eventually led these efforts at #IBW2025.
Along the way, I also had the chance to work closely with multiple ecosystems and projects through @w2_community thanks to @karanmalik6.
I’m deeply grateful for my time here, and especially thankful to @taaklee, @irshaddahmed, @arvndalxndr, @karanmalik6, and @KartAttacks for trusting me with this journey.
To everyone I had the chance to work with we built something massive India’s biggest web3 conference and I’m lucky to have done it with you all.
To the IBW crew and every contributor, thank you for making it real.
