The Brownlow’s just lost the little credibility it had left.
Complete joke.
Needs to seriously get looked at.

Those lights were obviously set much faster than 3:55! I don’t think the commentators realised quite what pace Hull was on. She was on around 3:50 pace until 200m to go!

Matty Denny capped off a string of three 72+m competitions in 8 days with a 74.78m PB at the Ramona World Invitational, the second-best mark in history.
He talks getting a massive PB but coming up short of his goal, the difference between throwing good in wind and not, and his training setup with coach Dale Stevenson⬇️

Matt Denny just went 10cm away from the discus WORLD RECORD.
Aussie Athletics is on one at the moment.

🚨I have been analysing @AustralianAths sprint sensation Gout Gout’s 🥇recent 200m performance in Brisbane, 19.98 (+3.6), for another project but on the back of the @Channel7 Spotlight 💡Sunday night … When his sub-20 sec run is broken down these are the numbers📊…

123 Kenyans now popped for Doping, this is honestly out of control at this point.
How doesn’t this get spoken about more even on a global scale

Continued best ever form from @lisaweightman, running 48:41 in @athsvic 15k certified course road champs yesterday. Just outside Aussie best ever time, it follows her 3 best ever marathons over the last 18 months. A demonstration of resilience, love for our sport. Very proud.

🚨🚨 A causal 30.22 ROAD 10K in Spain 🇪🇸 for Izzi Batt-Doyle… Pending course approval she shatters @BenitaWillis 06’ national record of 31.17
Again, pending approval

@LisaWeightman tells me her appeal, after not being nominated for Paris by @AthsAust, is all over. No unprecedented 5th marathon for Lisa. And very disappointing for me, especially when current training was indicative of yet another personal best.

@laurenryan____ takes the race from the front in the 3000m at the BU Valentine Invite, sticking on the rabbits then separating from the field late to grab a new PB of 8:42.31.
Ryan is now 2️⃣ for 2️⃣ in indoor PBs at BU this season.

Records are made to be broken. It’s been an absolute honour & privilege to be the Australian record holder of the 100m for almost a decade. Congratulations Torrie Lewis, coach Andrew Iselin & your entire team. The baton is now yours, carry it with pride & purpose every day ❤️

No race is won there. But many are lost.
Feature on athletics' answer to purgatory - the call room.
"It’s one of the most awkward situations. Imagine you take all your exes from past relationships and sit them in a room together for 20 minutes."

Watching a track meet on tv is easy! All you have to do is:
1) turn on the tv
2) hack into the CIA’s internal system
3) travel to the moon
4) learn to breathe without oxygen
5) correctly pronounce Worcestershire sauce
